Recommendations from the evaluation phase are employed in assessing the developmental needs of all visual art organisations collectively, and of each organisation individually. The project’s interventions in responding to these needs take two forms:
Collective interventions: these are met through a series of training programmes accompanying the project implementation phase, in the areas of audience development, budgeting and financial management, sustainability, monitoring and evaluation, etc.
Individual consultations: these are provided by specialists in their relevant fields of expertise, to meet the needs of specific projects. These specialists are chosen according to the needs of the organisations – the need for archive and media specialists.
