Management Report
The opening of the Foundation’s new building on 28 June was the most important achievement during this reporting period. Management staff work focused mainly on providing logistical and operational support for the opening activities.
A large portion of the team’s effort was focused on the promotion, media coverage, documentation, publication and editing of the new opening programme of events. The team organised 48 tours of the building for teachers, artists, institutions, professionals, interested individuals and journalists. A new brochure for the foundation was published, and 60 terabytes of multimedia material was digitised and added to the archive. In addition, the media policy was approved by the Board of Trustees.
During this reporting period, there was a focus on preparations for operating the new building, such as installing staff computers, planning the network, activation of the asset management system, development of the website for managing the use of the facilities and development of policies related to the operating and managing the facilities.
