On 6 August, the Centre's Walid and Helen Kattan Science Education Project concluded a three-day workshop focused on space probe, Curiosity Rover, landing on Mars. A group of female students and their teacher from a local school participated in the educational workshop through which they learned new facts about Mars and explored valuable information relating to Curiosity's eight-month trip from Earth to Mars up to its successful landing on 4 August.
