Construction works carry on at AMQF new building site in Al-Tireh, Ramallah. The building walls are currently being insulated using an eco-friendly soy-based substance, mixed with moisture-, water- and heat-resistant ingredients, while its sides are being cladded by the famous Tarqumiyah waved pink stone.
In addition, Aluminum and glass are being installed on the building’s exterior walls. The glass used is transparent and allows 60% of daylight into the building while filtering out 28% of harmful sunrays.
Furthermore, insulation with anti-root additives is being laid in the building’s outdoor floors, in both the terrace and the gardens. The restaurant’s exterior patio was recently covered with heat- and moisture-resistant material.
The foundations of the terrace fountains are now complete, and so is the infrastructure of the building’s electrical system and fixtures, air conditioning, water pumps and elevators.
